We hereby apply to become a Member of GPC, and if admitted we undertake to abide by GPC’s Membership Rules, Code of Ethics and any other relevant Rules and Codes of Conduct of the Association.

We hereby apply to become a Member of GPC, and if admitted we undertake to abide by the current US anti-trust laws and any other international, regional and national laws including sanctions, trade controls and other standards applicable.

We hereby apply to become a Member of GPC, and if admitted we undertake to be bound by arbitral awards or settlement decisions issued by GPC or GAFTA under the respective dispute resolution frameworks.

We hereby apply to become a Member of GPC and acknowledge that, if the membership is revoked, the membership fee will be refunded.

We acknowledge that tier credits are valid for two years, and are contingent on maintaining the membership active.
